Polling

Current poll numbers seem to exhibit a fair amount of vacillation; especially, if your read the Star Tribune's polls. What a joke! Even with an edge to democrats, The Red Star is laughable. Personally, I like Real Clear Politics for polling clarity and I suggest you visit to check out the races of which you're most concerned.

Today, Michael Barone penned a great column on understanding the science and the problems with polling. I think this is the likely scenario for why Rove et. al. do not seem as panicked as the Kool-Aid drinking MSM'rs would like.

Uh-Oh

So, I come home from work today to be greeted by three exhuberent children in costume. One, is Pod-Racing Anakin; the second a cow-girl that remarkably resembles Woody's gal pal from the Toy Story franchise; and third, a ballerina sprinkling fairy dust around the kitchen.

Each arrow from the family quiver spoke simultaneously. Instantly, the cacophony of sound transformed me into Yahoo Serious.

Little by little, each regaled me with the story of their costume and being the good dad I am, I of course was wildly enthusiastic. Then without warning, my 2 year old struck the perfect pirouette with eager exclamation.

"Look at me! Look at me! I'm a diarrhea!"

"Trust me when I say this.....Not even close hon!"
